+1 I have to agree with you here I went looking and that's the only thing I see that it looks like and I would say it is really bleached out...
no. feed them some mysis or rods food once in awhile and keep them shaded. slowly bring them back to full light. they should be on the sandbed anyways. in time theyll gain their color back
Hmm.. I always figured bleaching was when they died and all you got left was the skeleton... Alright. Put him in the shade, he does tend to bubble up more when we have the lights off...

Bleaching just means they lost their color and will die if not attended to. Yours still has all of it's body left, so with feeding, it should come back to life. When it puffs up, see if you can get its tenticles to come out by feeding it.
