ID please with Pics

First 2 pics are of this red worm I found crawling around on a rock with mushrooms. Totally red and almost stringy. No bristles or any marks of any kind that I could tell. He's moving towards the back of the rock.
Last pic - I think are Nass Snail eggs? Do I leave them there? Scape them off?

Yes, Nass eggs.
Was the worm anything like this? But with maybe more and longer "hairs". This is a baby.

No, not really....I just did a search for pictures and this is pretty much what it looked like.
It was labeled as a ribbon worm???.......

I've been seeing some cool ribbon worms in people's tanks lately.

I haven't seen him since I took those pictures...so I guess he's fine in there for now.
What about the Nass eggs? Are those something I should just leave there? Will I end up with a Nass explosion? Or should I scrape them off the glass?

I leave mine... the other critters eat the eggs. I've never seen any reproduce in my tank.
