Aptaisa, I would suggest killing it by leathal injection. They are a pest anemone and can spread. You may also choose to get some pepermint shrimp they will eat it.

Yes it does. If I come anywhere near it, it disappears

I have noticed more and more of the little buggers. I am on my way to commit pestacide!!!

I have one in my tank and was wondering myself what it was. Whats the best way to get rid of it? Should i just pull it out or what?

Kalk it!Mix a thick paste of kalkwasser and using a plastic syringe from a test kit,drop a good amount into it's tentacles.It will begin to "eat" it.Then continue until it is covered.Only do a few each day,if you have a lot.This will burn them.They will reproduce quickly...and can sting corals.

peppermint shrimp will take care of it.

There is some stuff called "joes juice" do a search on this site to get more information on it. I heard that it works well. Peppermint shrimp work also.

OK, next question. I have an Arrow Head Crab also so if i add a p. shrimp will they get along? :notsure:
