ID please

I have these 2 things that i would like to know what they are...the "polops" came on a live rock i bought...the white "sponge" was on some zoos i bought...any help would be appreciated

First picture..... Looks like Aiptasia to me.
Second picture..... A plain old white sponge. :D

they are pretty cool and i wwas just wondering how quickly they spread

These Cladocora, a pioneer coral, are EXTREMELY hardy, almost indestructible. They are relatively slow growing, or at least in my tank (I have 93 watts PC on a ten gallon).
I actually have one frag that was only two corallites. I mounted it on a small piece of rubble and placed it about one inch under the surface. Despite being mostly bleached since being placed there it has increased to about 10-15 corallites in only six months. As I said, they are quite hardy.
