Id Please

I found this guy in my fuge, but I believe I have some in my display too. Can anyone help me out with what it is and whether or not I need to get rid of it. I have a mostly SPS tank, with some xenia and shrooms. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks Viper. These guys look pretty cool. The way they move around the tank. I am glad to hear That they are good for my system. Thanks for the quick reply.

I have a lot of them and they seem to be breeding, they come in all different colors. For sure a cool tank critter.
