ID please

I got this a week ago and not oppening very good. I need to ID and know if this is a low light or what?

They're zoanthids. Low-light coral, but they'll grow faster if they're slowly adjusted to more light.

Will they open better?

That depends. They need to be acclimated to the light slowly over a period of a few days so they get used to the higher light, or else they'll just stay closed.
