Looks to be some type of pistol or mantis shrimp? Judging from one claw being much larger then the other? I'm not certain though.
If it's a pistol shrimp you should be fine unless you don't want it. If it's a mantis they are usually pretty aggressive.
That's just from what i've read, you might want to wait untill an expert see's this thread.

It looks like some kind of pistol shrimp to me but I'm not sure if it is reef safe..... from what I have read tho I think most of them are but wait till some one with more experience verifies reef safe or not

could be that it is so young that it doesnt have its full colors.... ive found lots of brittle stars in my LR with lots of crazy colors that changed later on

Look up gobies and get your pistol shrimp a buddy! You will be thrilled with the result. Look for shrimp gobies. Have fun!
