I've been wanting to move this rock from my fuge into my DT and today I finally got around to it but it's covered in these little pod jobbies. From my view only I counted 31 of them! Any ideas? I mean.. if they were in my fuge they couldn't be too bad for my tank eh?

does a worm come out? if not it looks like a pineapple sponge

I haven't seen anything come out of it.. there is an opening at the top though.

its a scypha sponge i have them all over my tank to they are harmless filter feeders..
