i bought these mushrooms a week ago or so and I noticed this fella on this side a few days later. What is it? Also int he second photo I know I have some q-tip sponges growing but what are the little white looking anemones that have long hair tenacle things........

first pic is aptasia...kill it now b4 it takes over your tank! theres also some little brown zoanthids on that mushroom roc, there good

theres lots of ways: theres store bought products like joes juice, or you can mix up a thick paste of kalk and tank water, some people use boiling water or lemon juice. any of these needs to be directly applied to the mouth of the pest anemone. easiest way is to use a syringe, joes juice comes with one. the other way is if you can easily take the rock out of the tank you can use a small blow torch to burn the aptasia right out of the rock. these things multiply like crazy and can sting your other corals so get rid of it now.

should I be concerned about the hydroids? Are they ok to let live in the tank?

I've had the white hydroids like yours and after some time, they just disappeared...
They'd pop up here and there, on power cords and such, but I never saw any damage from them...
I found a batch recently and put a wad of putty over them. Not sure if it's gonna kill em or not.
