Can someome tell me is this a Pill Bug? And how harmful are they to corals?

That is where we found 2 of them on some of my husbands favorite zoas. Do they multiply rapidly?

So how do you get rid of these things? Just get lucky and if you see them pick them out. Or is there something that will eat them.
