ID please

can anyone ID this green vine, and the white hairs?

i was just taking a really close look behind things and found this.

The vine is caulerpa... it's a macro.
Do the white hairs react to anything? They could just be sponge if not... doesn't look like Foraminiferans.

my guess would be some kind of caulerpa. and the hairs are just normal live rock stuff. no idea, but everyone has them. nothing to worry about. nothing exciting.
