ID Please

These weren't visible 2 days ago, 56G reef, six line wrasse, watchman goby, 5 sergeant majors, pink zooas, mushrooms, blue xenias, vietnamese zooas, blue chalice, rics, hermits and lots o snails, calerpa and halimeda. LR (fiji) is from LFS and has been in tank 10 weeks.
PH- 8.2
Salinity- 1.024
Temp- 78F
ammo - 0ppm
nitrates- >5ppm
They are whitish in color and growing amongst the purple coralline.

Sorry about the lack of detail, hope this helps. They are in the channels of the coraline.

I'd say sponge or truncate and probably wouldn't worry, but let one of the big dogs answer so you can be sure ;)

Colonial hydroids
Not good anyway you slice it. Opinions vary on their nastiness, but definitely eradicate immediate.

What would be the best way to eradicate? There are bunches of them. Thanks very much for the ID, much appreciated.

They look like Colonial Tunicates to me. But, there may be a hint of tentacles that I can barely make out. If they have tentacles then I believe AquaKnight is correct.

They look like eggs of some sort to me. I have colonial hydroids, I just scrape them off and syphon what I can out when I do water changes, but mine look NOTHING like that. Maybe I have the wrong id?
