I can't honestly tell. Looks pretty bleached and unhealthy, whatever it is. Could be some kind of encrusting sps coral... may never know...

Now that you mention it, it does look like an Alveopora. Do the polyps have 12 little tentacles?

I need something to count this very tiny polyps
