Is this a nudibranch? And if so, what kind and is he reef safe?? He's yellow and blue.

Can't tell but he resembles a mimicry sea slug. How did you get him?

Wish I could get a better px. Maybe when he moves around. How'd I get him? Well - I decided to try and take my sandshifting stars back to the LFS because I want to get a fighting conch instead. I called the LFS (100 miles away) asked them if they'd take them back - they said yes. When I got there they told me they'd only give me 1/3 of the cost back. So I wasn't going to spend much $$ now. I picked out a Mexican turbo snail and saw this nudibranch. They said he was reef safe - but I always like to get a second opinion.
Anyone else with any ideas? Waterfaller1 - that's some site!! I shifted throught most of them, no luck:confused:

In sprungs book looks like a Phyllidia or warty sea slug. Unfortunately unless you get an exorbitant amount of sponges going in your tank he's going to die. Book says some of them are highly toxic but there's no way of telling that unless you have dead fish :) Very cool though. See if you can't find him a home around where you live....
