These are all over my glass, powerhead, LR, heater, just not fish - - are these the copepods that I've been reding about? Most of the other pics look more like bugs than these. These more like tiny white worms rolled up.they don't move

They are called spirorbidae worms and they are filter feeders.
Mandarins are pod eaters, they don't go after spirorbidae worms as far as I know...

I didn't have any 2 months ago, is it possible for these to overpopulate my tank?

They are completely harmless... no reason to worry about them at all.

You can just clean your glass with your magnet to clear them off, I just got a huge outbreak of them after 1 1/2 yrs. After this initial burst, things have slowed down. I did keep a few just to see how big they may get. Like said harmless, sign of a healthy tank
