I dont know what this is. I have 3 on one rock. 1 on this side and 2 on the otherside. What are they? Are they good or bad?

just get a shrimp that eats them. For the life of me I cannot think of their name, lol
I have one and it does a good job.

Use the Joe's Juice. It is similar to kalkwasser and can be found at most LFS that sell salt water supplies. Be careful if you have any good anemones near by it could kill them as well if you get to much on them. The boiling water works but it can kill other good hitchhikers on the rock. Good luck.

You all sure that's aptasia? I've never seen one soooo big. And I figured there would be a ton more if it had enough time to get that big.

one LFS I used to buy from has aip's that are 4-6 inchs tall on LR in their hermit crab tank but there are at most five in the tank. They have been fighting them for almost a year after a shipment of bad rocks.

definitly Aip....joe's juice will work the best...the peppermint will have to be like 10" to eat that...if you have smaller ones they will....

yeah, I've had probs with just small ones - and a bunch all showed up at once. Got a copperband - ate them all. But the CB would have to be 10 ft long to eat that one.
