ID: Strange Jellyfish looking thing? video

What are these and are they good or bad?
Couldn't get a pic because they are so tiny, but I got a video.
The first vid is blurry at first, about half way through (25 seconds in), it clears up and you can see how small it is. The second vid is just a bunch of them all moving around crazy like.
It moves like a jellyfish (I think) and it's kinda quick. It is clear and reminds me of a birdie...the ball they use in badminton. The 'head' of it has a little white speck inside, and the 'bottom' of it is jagged.

I've searched on that. I mostly find the kind that are stuck to the wall. Why are they there? What do they do? Why is it that I see them floating in the tank and the ones I'm searching online are the ones that are starfish like things on the wall...(which I have those too) What is the difference in the ones that float like jellyfish and the ones that are on the wall?
Sorry for all the questions...but I don't know myself and I've been asked these questions by people who come and see my tank.
Any links that will tell me more about them?
