Can't quite be positive from the blurry pics, but they look like mini dusters... harmless filter-feeders. You might be overfeeding if they are continuously popping up.

i got this rock from another tank that was up for 7 years they seem to be growing in clusters i have no fish in tank yet so im not feeding i am just hoping its not the dreaded apitasia im gonna try to get a more clear picture

thanks for the update these things remind me of a dandelion seed when they are released they have a tubular body attached to rock with a head that looks like a feather duster but long stringy tentacles for the lack of a better word i have had so many problems since i started this tank i was just hoping it wasnt apatasia cause someone told me they can be small to
