ID these "snails"

Well I asked this in my build thread but no responses are coming.
Anyways I finally found a LFS which has saltwater. I bought new lights and decided to get 3 hermits. Well they said they were out so she pulled out 3 of these "chestnut Snails".
I searched them up on the net and they don't look similar at all. These guys have legs like hermits and a small, brown cone shaped shell. They crawl around and everything...
So I'm guessing if it looks like a hermit, and it walks like a hermit, it is a hermit? (I wanted hermits anyways so it's not bad if they made that mistake).

wow that lady must know nothing about SW. She isn't the owner though.
The place was actually pretty cool and I had no idea we had a saltwater store in my city. It's probably a mix between a curse and a blessing...
I know am going to be getting a shrimp and maybe an urchin.
Are urchins too big for a 10 gall?

no I didn't think they were. I didn't see them moving in the tank and I wasn't sure if they were just like related to snails.
I was pretty sure they were hermits, I just wanted to make sure because I am going to get some new shells so they don't attack my other snails.

Yah they're hermits. Their shells are jsut a lot browner than I expected.
I will see if my LFS store can order those in. I guess they give a 20% discount if you go there right as they get it so they don't have to even open the bags (but I guess an urchin wouldn't be shipped in a bag).
I'm probably going to get a few corals before an urchin though.
