the pic looks white but its like a light lime yellow it has tiny polyps that come out of the little holes they are white. i had to aim at the zoanthids so the tiny holes in the encrusting stuff would show up

Montipora? Not sure what kind, but the only encrusting sps I know is monti.

i would say definately a type of montipora.. maybe what they call sunset montipora... its till could be a monti cap that has not started to cup yet
