id this scallop

Does anyone know what kind this is?
Also is there any sepical care or beware?
He seems to be doing just fine and has been in my tank for over a week, it was a freebie that came with some stuff i order for my local fish store.

No idea on the ID, but scallops do not do well in captivity. Almost certainly you will need to spot feed it fine micron phyto at least once a day. The real problem with these animals is they need an exact particle size to filter feed, and it's not always clear what that is per animal (it might even change over time). A home tank just doesn't have enough natural phyto density and diversity.
