ID this thing

Is this a nudibranch, if is so what type.
I found it on my live rock that i recently purchased and it has grown considerably larger, which shows that it must be eating somthing.

It's definitely a soft shelled snail. I think Bang Guy or someone gave an exact name one time, but I can't remember what it was. Harmless critter though.

first time i saw mine it was on the glass reaching out almost 2 inches with just the bottom part of his foot attatched to the glass i couldnt believe it. Cool lookin lil bugger.

Harmless algae grazer.

Stomatella varia. It's a snail, not a Nudibranch. Mostly just eats Diatoms.

are too many of those a bad thing, I started out with a couple of those that hitchhiked on some LR and now at night i see over 20 of them on my glass.

If you prefer to have a dusting of Diatoms on your glass then they are a bad thing.
