ID this weird weird "thing"

the bacteria blobs dont move *thats what I call them anyway* they are a growth that puts up on excess foods but doesnt cruise the tank.

After watchign mine thheyy donnt move it looks like they somewhat float..
I see no skeletal nor tentecales as I was reading bout. I do not see anything resembeling the flatworms. I dun I knw people sya it is jbut it does not look like anything I have read about as far as how they move etc.
