some type of rock anemone I think... definitely a type of pest anemone imo.

Can not tell from that photo...could be whats mentioned above or could be a ball anemone, jellyfish polyps, hydroids, ect...really need a better photo.

It could be a hidden cup or it could be a pseudocorynactis caribbeorum mushroom as seen here..

my firs thought was hydroid jellys, but it could be any of the things listed above.
