Identification Needed Quick!!!

I was showing a friend my sump when he spotted this thing walking around. It looks like some kind of shrimp. What is it? Is it good or bad? :help: :help: :help: It is about a 1/4 inch long. Here is a picture I took of it in a foam cup.

Yep, cool. Those are what most people commonly refer to as pods...You can put it in the main tank and a fish might eat it.....

If I want them to breed and increase in number, say if I wanted to get a manderin someday, should I put them back into the sump?

You'll want a refugium if you want a lot.
