It is without a doubt a nudibranch, just which one is the tough part. I was hoping Bang Guy would chime in.....

I am pretty positive it is a polyp eating kind b/c the polyps they started on hadn't opened up in over a week and the other group they spread to closed as well. And since I have started pulling them out and done the iodine dip there are very few left and my polyps have started to open again. When they are on the polyps the polyps close and it looks like they are sucking on the stalk of the polyp. I am just a newb but I think I'm on the right track and will continue to eradicate them. Thanks for the input Ophiura.

HI Buzz, you are DEFINITELY On the right track!! Today found 2 of them EATING my zoos.....ticked off and plucked those puppies right out of there with the tweezers like you said. The gorgeous zoos I had now look like crapola, so I am hoping they will come back with a boom. I will be watching but I see no others.....where do they hide? None of the other polyps or zoos I have seem to be ever touched, just these. I am definitely going to try the dip...do you think I should wait and see if I see anymore? I have only seen the 2 as of now. I am telling you...they are gross!! As you well know! thanks so much...gosh I hate those things!!

Hey there... I don't know where they hide but they come out when the actinics are on mostly, and they blend to whatever color polyp they are on I think. I have green/yellow, orange and peach centered and the nudis take the color of the type of polyp they are on. I just pulled 3 more out of 2 different polyp colonies tonight. I am going to dip them all again tomorrow. I say dip em before they get ptta hand. Good luck

Hey there ohiorn, have you dipped your polyps yet and if so are you getting rid of them? After almost 2 weeks of being closed, 2 dips of iodine and i have not seen a nudi in 3 days and my polyps are almost all open again.
Take that nudis!
Pics of your tank look good, and congrats on the Naso. Please take alook at my tank in the thread "Going Well". i would like your input. Thanks and hope all is going well.

Hmmm I might have the same problem as you. I have some nudi that is similar to that one. It is in my fuge. I have some polpys in there along with shrooms and xenia. The nudis I have in there seem not to bother any of my coral even my zoos. They have like 20 of those little feeler things but they are kinda purple. Hope mine aren't bad...
