identification please (video)

Hi.
Can someone tell me what this is? I thought it was an outcropping of rock on the base of my torch coral for months until the "shell" of the rock tip cracked open and now this is in there. It only seems to come out at night or low lighting.

Barnacle.... similar to what is found on rocks and the bottoms of boats etc etc.. you just rarely find them with their inhabitants in tact. Filter feeding with a sweeper type appendage similar to a porcelan crab. On a sad note most starve to death in our systems. Its unavoidable not really much written on how to care for them, but they are filter feeders.
