This is about the closest I can get before he darts back in the rocks.

If your tank lights are on, turn your flash off. It will show his color much better. Be patient a much better pic will definately help.

its not a wrasse but a Pseudochromis(dottyback). it looks to be a Obgilbyina queenslandiae(Queensland Dottyback).they get very aggressive and should be put in a agressive tank.
