Identification?

I was arranging my rockwork in a different way when I saw this worm sneaking out from a larger piece. It look segmented and was about 1.5 inches long.
Can anyone identify it?

when they are little you can think of them as part of your clean up crew. I had a snail die once and i saw the bristle worm crawl over to it and start eating it with the crabs. Just don't let it get big.

All in all they're just scavengers feeding on whatever is around. They'll eat left over food and detritus for that matter. I wouldn't be worried in the least. Even when they get 6in or so, they're not going to take down anything remotely healthy in terms of fish or inverts.
