Identify Arms

I was looking in my ref / sump combo last night and noticed all these semi white/clear arms coming out of my live rock. It appears to be a similar base to a small feather duster but instead of the feathers it has two long white tentacle arm things. They move around and "touch" things. They do not seem to be stinging but I am not positive on that. They move almost like they are reaching out for stuff. They are out both in day and night. In the picture its hard to see but I have outlined it. You can see the long arm thingy stretched out. See attached pic.

They can have hard tubes as well.
If so, it's a spionid. Harmless.

It's a worm... and yes it is alive and looking for lunch. They are basically detritus consumers. Harmless and cool.
