Identify plant on Eva rock

Can anyone please identify these plants? They hitchiked on some Eva LR that I just put in. I'm not sure how the photos will show up but the color is the same as kelp (brownish - golden).
Next question is: Should I keep them and see if they live?
Setup:
125g reef that has only been setup for 3 weeks. I put in some Haitian LR 3 weeks ago and then added the Eva LR 2 days ago. The only critters I've seen are hundreds of pods (just white specks running around on glass).

soooo,
If it looks like kelp, feels like kelp and tastes like kelp..... maybe it is kelp?
Maybe this saltwater stuff is easier than I thought :)
