It appears to be a yellow gorgonia. A difficult invert to keep as they are not photosynthetic and need to be fed.

How do you feed it and i placed it in the sand bed.

DT's, rotifers, cyclopese and other planktonic foods can all work. You need to feed it while the polyps are out. You can use a syringe or eye dropper to target feed it. Be sure to turn your powerheads off while you do. They need to be fed regularly.

I have a strong flow in my DT I feed my animals 1 cube of frozen shrimp,or other frozen foods in rotation and daily, will this provide ample food for the Gorgonian ?

They eat very small foods, and unless your feeding a lot, they need to be target fed.
