The one I have has red mushrooms on the front and just says Iodine. As long as it's good I don't care.

I believe you may have bought the Iodide bottle that's meant for dosing the tank (to help inverts, etc), which I highly do not recommend doing. Are there any directions for how to dip on that bottle?
You can use it to dip, I know people have done it, I just don't know what the mixture is for how many parts RO water or tank water to how many parts solution.
