If only Frogspawn could talk

Then maybe I would know what is wrong....Still no change, not opening, and I don't see damage. I have been watching closely (even at dark) and have seen nothing bother it.....Water parameters are still good....
I know it is best to leave it, and I am doing that, BUT when should I consider doing something???

your seirius? If so, Sell it now!!!!!! You have no where near the right amount of light. For a tank that size, you need light that is 1125w.
Sell it. Or give it back to the LFS
If they could talk they would be saing "Get me out of here"

what's your lighting and water parameters? What is your water flow like? How old is your tank?
Sometimes frogspawn just doesn't do well in some peoples aquariums. Just like xenia

I know blackjacktang gave a dramtic response but he is right that is no where near enough light for a 220g. Thats the problem with large tanks the you almost have to take an equity out on your house to pay for the lighting.
When i was running PC lighting i had over 300watts on my 75gallon.
If you upgrade spend the money and get T5's or halides. PCs are cheaper fixtures but you are guaranteed to eventually want animals that need more intense lighting.

I plan on getting MH lights soon, BUT I have been told by many people on this site that the lighting is not the problem. The frogspawn was in my 54G tank under pc lighting satellite dual 130W and was doing great...I have it higher up in my big tank.
water...ammonia, trites, trates all 0...ph 8.1 salinity 1.024, temp 79, calcium 400..flow is medium with nothing blowing directly on it.

have you tried moving it around. I lost a few corals when i upgraded too. try to get the frogspawn in to a spot that was very similar to what it was in before. Moving it closer to light, in more flow. I know its closed but have you offered it food? I teased out my bubble coral with feedings every few days over a couple weeks.

I currently have it in a spot that is very comparable to where it was in the other tank. Most of the advice I have gotten was to just leave it alone, and just be patient...Like I said before most of the people from this site (previous postings) said the lighting was sufficient for a frogspawn.

frogspawn can survive under pc.. but you dont even have 2watts per gallon. it makes a difference even if you have it close to the light. with that little of light 10" away is still a ways away.
I bet its a combo of new tank and little light.. the tank is new and very sterile. the water is not grimey enough with bacterica and other junk for corals to be completely happy yet.

So 5 months is too new for a frogspawn??? If I move it higher for now (until I get new lights) do you think that will help? OR should I just leave it alone....and hope for the best..I can not put it back in the 54g because their are seahorses in it. Like I mentioned above, it was doing great under the same type of lighting. (and it is not magic)
