small rock with shroom for 50 bucks?? glad i dont have your LFS lol.
anyhow for your question its kinda hard to answer since only you know what you find interesting but if it was me i would try and find a sweet rock of nice zoos. they really can add some color to a tank.
If you dont have any test kits however i would spend the money testing supplies. i think to many people over look that stuff and rely on the LFS to do it for them.
Like said above a purple fire fish is also a GREAT addition to a tank. great color and fun to watch.

First I would trade in the CBS for another 6-10 bucks. :D
Then I would buy some combination of the following: a refractometer, more LR, some sort of mushroom/polyp coral, or a gramma, coral beauty or smaller wrasse.
Oh wait, this is for your tank..... :D

I'd say a Small rock with Mushrooms would kick *** if you have good lights.
Or, a Diamond Head Goobie would be SWEET if you have a fine substrate. They just needs lots of LR and a healhty LS-bed. Also, I've had Goobies jump out of the tank so a complete canpoy covering would be ideal.

He was a 6"in Gorgeous Dimaond Head. I was setting up new lights - the time so I didn't have anything covering the tank.
Long story short....I come home and their's my half dead beauty lying on the carpet. He didn't survive. I don't think I've ever felt so bad for a fish.
Peace

Pointed noted. WHen we where *Kids* we could barely afford a GoldFish tank...lol. I said the popular word for Butt that is three letters long....edited. Reffence to what they like to grow in N.Cali...left alone..lol - the Irony of that. I work as a Stand up Comeidan and model. I'm gonna seriously have to tone myself down if I'm gonna last even two weeks here....lol.
I Genuinely apologize if I offended any *Do it for the Children* regulars here with my above edited remakrs. It wont happen again...PERIOD. I'm new here, really like this forum and I don't wanna step on any toes.
Peace
BTW.....Jawfish are also one of my faves of all time, like Diamond Head Gobbies. THey need a bigger substrate IME like Crushed Coral though(which I can't stand).

It's all good........
I have two myself that aren't mine. I love children...period.
FYI.....Private School or Public, they'll hear every word in the book before 5th grade. I might be preaching to the choir but it's the parents job to set the example. One can't possibly expect their children to grow up in a *utopian Bubble* where they don't hear anything not kosher.
If you have a good sense of humor Teresa, You may have seen me on Comedy central on many occasions. Best wishes and love to the young ones.
Nice talking with you. I'll surely c ya around. I've always loved the name Taresa/Tharesa. :D
Peace
