2 hippo tangs
a pair of saddle back butteflies
pair of percula clown fish
a Bicolor Blenny
couple cleaner shrimp
2 Bluespot jawfish
If it was an aggresive...
Volitan Lion
(few damsels for lion to chase)
If you can a pair of valentini puffs
a DME (won't fit but I'm dreaming here)
Maybe a SFE
if I could a ray

not a very good list!

the lion might eat some of these fish(ex; flame angels); moorish idols are not a good choice for any aquariums(and might get swallowed by the lion :scared: ), and wouldnt the emporer angel out grow the tank?

Myself.
Id go with a Moorish Idol (one of my favoret fish). A lot of live rock and sand. Some nice Anenmies and lots of corrals. Some Clowns, maybe an orange banded corral shrimp (if its corral safe, not looked that cosely).
Definatly a Yellow Tang and Most definatly a Hippo / Royal Tang.
A few "Small" fish. Like Triggers perhaps, something small, colorful and playful.
More Corrals. Id say Urchin, but something about urchins and corrals bothers me.....

my best advice for you is to chose your most fav fish that suits that tank size. just one .now build your tank around that fish surroundings tank mates ect go through some other sites as well google searches ect and look for photos of the fish you like then research compatebilty with the fish you chose first .tank requirments ect.this saves alot of bad mixtures which leads to regret

I love tangs put the 150 is not 6 ft long ( 4ft) so maybe 1 yellow 1 blue tang ,trigger ,(not sure which one they get so big ) if you have some ideas on triggers please tell me or eel or puffer ??

hey its a dream thats not really my stocking list for a 150 its for the 250 if this guy i no upgrades to his 500g. and the lion would very small when i get him. i like to get little fish and watch them grow up.

the lion i dont need to worry about its the angler they get big and try to get anything that fits in his mouth.

Since no one else has said it, a Moorish Idol CANNOT go in a 150.
Don't know if it's even a consideration by the original poster, but it has mentioned several times in this thread.
These fish are not for the home aquarium unless you have a 300-400 gallon system devoted to them and nothing else.
Please stop reccomending this fish.

I totally agree. People need to stop recommending these fish. They do not live in captivity!
Puffer, there is no way that fish list will work even in a 250.
Fraggle, triggers are not "small" fish. They also usually eat urchins and coral, so this would not be good advice either.
Unleashed's advice was the best. Find 1 fish that you absolutely love that is suitable for the 150 and build around that. After you find that one fish, ask yourself if all others are compatible with that one fish and go from there.

i meant with the post is i might think about getting it. probly not though thier one of those fish that should have a huge tank and someone that has had years of experince should try to atempt. to me its that dream fish that i will probly never get so dont worry. i might think about in like 5 years if i set up a 500g i want but that might never happen also. so dont be worried.
i really want the golden puffer and the angler that what i would but in if i had a 250g

If your wanting nice color patterns etc. With a fowlr:
I like the idea of maybe 3 medium yellow tangs, blue cheak trigger, halequin tusk, emperor angel, then adding last a clown trigger. I would exclude one of those, but I was just giving some ideas and some of my faves...
