1) What kind of filter u think i should use?( please if u can also answer this for a 90 gallon tank and a 100+ gallon tank)
2) what is cycling?
3) would two Snowflake moray eels survive in a 75 gallon (if not a 90?)
4) when should i change that water, and how would i know?
5) what kind of lighting would i need? ( i need this one to be answered Badly) (also please answer this for a 90 gallon tank and a 100+ gallon tank as well)

Your a newbie and your building a 75 gallon tank? Do you mean stand? I would think a tank would be difficult to put together w/o leaking.

1) A really good kick butt skimmer and a refugium.
2) Creating a nutrient source to establish a bacteria colony in a tank so the fish wont cause an amonia spike and kill there self.
3) I dont think they go well together.
4) Once a week for a reef tank (10%) probly go once every other week on a Fish only though alot of ppl would say once a week as in a fish only you usually have fish that creat a mess)
5) For the 75 if you plan on LPS or Soft corals (reef tank) then VHO or PC would work. For a big tank like a 90 or a 100 they wouldnt reach the depth and MH would be really the best choice for SPS, LPS and soft corals (on the big tank) If you plan on SPS or clams on the 75 then MH again only way to go. If you plan on Fishonly then any type of lighting would work. NO, VHO, PC, T5 or MH.

yeah dont mean to restart this thread again but i have a 75 gallon and i am trying to find the best lighting solution for keeping corals, whether they be low light corals(which i could use examples of these) and which is all i will be concerned to start with since they will be my first corals, or i know MH are good for anything, but being in a 75 i dont want to under or over light the tank.. any suggestions??

For a 75 I would go for 2x250 MH to keep anything with PC, T5 or VHO suppliments. For moderate light corals 4x96PC or 4x110VHO would be good.
