i'm dying for some mac n cheese

im dyin ova here for some homemade mac and cheese.
i want it smothered in cheddar, jalapeno jack, and covered with bacon.
drizzle it quite liberally with some hot sauce
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
now im starvin. hey mods, we got any food back there?

i like kraft way better than home made...that cheese dust is delicious, if it wouldnt turn my nose orange i would snort it

Yeah, totally. He had me at hot sauce. My favorite is the Sriracha hot chili sauce with the rooster on it. I think that's made from Thai chili peppers...

I love SOUL FOOD Mac and Cheese and If you prepare the Boxed Kraft well,, It can be very good.. I cut up NATHAN HOTDOGS and put in..WONDERFUL!

kraft can be very good. maybe not the best tasting, but it is something that you know will always come out the same, so maybe its more of a security thing than taste.
hot dogs in m/c is very good. so are chunks of hamburger.

OHH one of the best things to eat if you are really broke. Some good seasoned ground beef, kraft mac and cheese with extra velveeta added to it to make it really cheesy and some mixed veggies thrown in. The veggies are to keep my arteries from clogging in shock.

why ruin a good thing with hot sauce, have it southern style with just a crap ton of melty gooey stringy cheese ....
a nice lump of homemade mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak with cream gravy oh yeah dinner is ON !!!!

So CFR what do you do to the cheese to make it a sauce intead of just melted gooey cheese on the noodles?

Now that my friend was a descprition that will make u kill someone. That sounds so good right now just the way u said. Think im gonna give my grandama a call and tell her to hook me up with some

Nope when I was a kid I was really broke. We used to have that like 3 times a week but it was with government cheese that comes in the cardboard box. Geez, that stuff was really good.

nothing. bake it as normal, than go caliente en fuego under the broiler to give it a hard crust.
drizzle (or should we say pour) on some hot sauce for zing.
