Wisconsin has the same law. If it didn't cost 25 bucks, I'd log on and see if I know how to spot a drunk. Since I live in Wisconsin, I'd venture to say I'm something of an expert!

I just found this on the MADD site...how to spot a drunk....driver...
Reading through these, I would think it should be renamed to "How to Spot a Drunk Driver, OR Vicki's mom On the Road"...hehehe
By the way, my mom doesn't drink....!
These warning signs should be your signal to take down a license plate number and vehicle description to report to the proper authorities.
- Wide turns (mom)
- Straddling lanes or driving on the center line (mom)
- Drifting or moving in a straight line at a slight angle to the roadway (mom)
- Driving with headlights off at night (mom)
- Appearing to be drunk (i.e., eye fixation, face close to windshield, drinking in the vehicle) (mom, except the drinking part)
- Driving below the speed limit (mom)
- Erratic braking or stopping without cause (mom)
- Slow response to traffic signals (sudden stop, delayed start)
(mom)
- Nearly striking an object, curb, etc.(mom)
- Weaving or zig-zagging across the road (mom)
- Driving on the wrong side of the road or completely off the roadway (mom)
- Tailgating (mom!)
- Accelerating or decelerating rapidly(mom)

that described my grandpa too until we had to take his license
away.
How about when you see them putting vodka in the Starbucks coffee in the morning. There is a guy I see quite often on a stretch of road here that has a light every 10ft....and I see this guy every so often pouring vodka in his coffee!! :scared:
