That's it, I think you're on the right track. You should try to reason with them. They're probably just misunderstood or maybe their parents didn't spend enough time with them.
.

That is what I am worried about if someone breaks into my house......do I get my protection .......OR do I ask if this person was lacking in hugs and conversation from his parents because that is what public defender will go for

Once warned......period.

Jean, that's the wonderful thing about having proper watch/guard dogs is that your a lot less likely to ever have anyone break into your home. Growing up we always had mastiffs and irish wolfhounds around and never had an once of trouble.
BTW, is that your dog in your avatar? If so, it's a great looking mastiff!
That is my boy in my avatar, thanks. Do you know we have never locked our doors since we've had them. Now the dog in my avatar would invite you in and show where I keep anything of value, but my other two would drag you by the arm to the yard and bury you.

Why is it wrong to shoot to kill, if they are threatening my family they are toast.
If a stranger is in your home uninvited I don't think he just got confused. If he sees me and turns around and walks out fine, but my gun will be aimed.

Go figure huh! I have no issues with guns as long as they are used responsibily.
Well i definitely agree with you there!
I am planning on getting some kind of weapon for my home soon, its just me and my wife there, were both rather young, and she couldnt fight off an 8 yr old attacker, much less a grown man/woman. (haha, sad but true)
So i am planning on getting us both licensed and having us both trained on how to properly use the weapon, i think she would feel a whole lot better.

You laugh, but you'd be surprised how many little old ladies would write me a check at radioshack. Then use their CHL as the ID...

That owns on the check/CHL thing... my 81 year old grandma carries an XD45. LOL... you'd never think that someone that looks so sweet and innocent could drop you dead in an instant... hahahaha
I don't keep guns, I lusted over a nickel plated marine magnum remington 870 and my friend bought one to spite me... ever since then I've had an axe to grind. So now since he tries to one up me lol, I always act REALLY interested in frivolous crap trying to bait him to buy it so I can laugh. He does it out of jealously I guess, but we get along well aside from this kiddie ego crap.

Wife's granny carries a snub nose .38
She lives in the hills of Missouri.
She doesn't bother with the license.
"I lived through the depression. I'll carry a gun if I darn well please. You gonna take it from me?"

I taught my wife to empty the mag even if he quits jerking after 2 rounds.
I would go for a gun with a cylinder if it was the 454 casull or the S&W 500.

The S&W500. is an animal a buddy of mine has one . He is a big guy and it kicks him around . Personally I don't expect to be attacked by a charging elephant anytime soon . So I will pass . Now a 454 I could get down with a piece of that action .
