im thinking about getting

1 Brain Coral, Favites
1 Colony Polyp, Orange/Green
1 Long Tentacle Anemone (Macrodactyla doreensis)
1 Porcelain Anemone Crab (Neopetrolisthes ohshimai)
2 Clown Goby, Green (Gobiodon atrangulatus)

2 Ocellaris Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris)

if anyone sees anything wrong with my selection let me know i havent got much for the tank yet. all i have is the tank a hanging filter heater and i put reef crystal salt in the tank today.

WELCOME TO THE SITE!
The anemone will take up too much of th tank. The fish won't be able to avoid it and be eaten or stung.
When setting up a reef tank it isn't the stock list to first be concerned with.
What kind of lighting?
What kind of filtration...or sump?
How much live rock?
Type of skimmer?
Live sand?
Refugium?

1st welcome to the site! There are alot of excellent rescources here, Be prepared to do ALOT of research.
2nd, the tank must complete the first cycle whick takes ~3 weeks.
3rd, you cannot add fish till the cycle is complete
4th, corals should NOT be added to a tank less than 3-5 months old, unless the system was setup using reef ready rock/substrate/filtration systems
5th anemones need very stable water and ALOT of light, and the right kinds of light. Again your tank should be ~6 months old or more before even considering one, and 75 or 90g would be better for a large anemone like that.
a reef tank requires rodi water, good slt mix, liverock, substrate, a protein skimmer, good lighting, and hundreds of more dollars in support equipment like refractometers/test kits/hoses/nets/timres/additives, etc....Plus the ability to qtine (a seperate tank) new fish/corals/inverts.
Welcome to the site, but your tank is not ready to accept fish/corals/anemones for a while, but is ready for substrate and liverock, and its first cycle. Keep researching, and there are threads here to help....
Again welcome!

arag live is great stuff. The LR is gonna be good, just get it from a good source. What lighting & skimmer were you planning, and where have you done research? books/net/firends. FYI - be careful of 90% of local fish dealer salesmen. So very few actually have good advice and most are just tryin to sell you stuff before it dies in their store.

I like metal halide - it's old school, most researched, bulbs last a year to 15 months, BUT it puts out heat, uses lots of electricity, and replacement bulbs are high$$.
The high output florescent been around a long time too, bulbs last 6-12 months, puts out much less heat, replacement bulbs cheaper than MH but there's usually more (like twice as many) as MH and typically they don't last quite as long.
LED are the wave of the future likely, little heat, but kinda pricey to buy - but use alot less electricity as any other lighting system.
If your planning most any type of anemone or sps coral - a fairly bright lighting system of some type is gonna be on your list - usually 4-7 watts per gallon for a reef.
