ophiura, and others.
i heard that pecil urchins were reef safe, anyway thanks for te anvice
i am changing the fluva to 2 magnum 350's, one at first than another later on and mosibly even another.
i dont have many protien skimmers to choose from
also wouldnt it be a bad idea to have a undergravel filter if i am puting in liver rock??
umm the clowns are definetly a fav of mine but i didnt bother including the only triger i think is nice, the huma huma.
now i have been doing alot of research and know that i can only select a few fish. witch is ok.
and trust me i wouldnt add all those fish at once i know that will spell disaster for the tank
i was thinking 1 every week or so, but i am waried abought terortori's
that rock will only be a starting point. as it is expensive i cant get alot at once, at the end of 4 months i hope to have around 400-600 lbs in the tank.
do you think that paying 60 usd for a 3 inch coral is fair or 100 for 2. i cant find a cheap place and i wouldnt want to buy it unless i can see it
now i kinda figured not to bother with eals but what abought the snowflake eel do they get to be excesively large?
now i was also curious my inverts like crabs and shrimps are ok or not.
also if i use more filtration i can have a little more fish right or is that just fresh?
ok i also want to thank all of you that have helped for helping:scared: :scared:

also getting a 120 witch is 48x24x24 dose seem more tempting than getting the 48x18x24 90 but is it worth 309 alone while the other tank is cheaper by 100??

dont get any kind of trigger fish or a snowflake eel. They are both aggressive and arn't reef safe. There are websites you can go to that will tell you what type of fish are peacefull, aggressive, semi aggressive, ect. There are also places you can go to, to get compatability charts, so you can see what kinds of fish get along. I wish I could tell you the websites but I can't sorry. Also on your question about adding more fish if you had more filteration. The answer is NO. There is a rule that says for every 5 gallons of water in your tank you can have i think 1 inch of fish. I'm not sure if thats exactly right, but I think thats it. By doing this your fish will be less stressed and will live longer, thus saving you money.

Just a few places to get good info on fish.
Read plenty and everything that you can before buying so that you don't end oup wasting money, getting mad and selling or throwing out your setup before you get to enjoy it. This saltwater thing is a lot of work, sometime hard work, but if you do it, and do it right you will really enjoy it.
