hey,
I've just got started and i wanted to ask a couple questions about what i could put into my 12 gal nano. It's a eclipse. I've got a blue damsel in there right now and he's been living in it for about 2 weeks. I also have about 11-13 lbs. of LR and 20bls of LS. I wanted to get a pair of clownfish but i don't know what else to get. I was thinking mabye 3 turbo snails, a horseshoe crab, and mabye a coral banded shrimp or a peppermint shrimp. With that stuff in there could i put a feather duster in there or something else. I don't really know. I'm open to ideas if anyone has any.:notsure:
thanks,

Horseshoe crab = extremely bad idea..they get huge and feed of of all the beneficial organisms in your sand bed...it will starve very quickly in such a small tank.

I guess it depends if you are going to put corals in it eventually. A lot of critters will eat corals. If not, definately get a starfish. Also put in either way a feather duster. I only have a 6 gallon and have 2.

yea, i was definitly thinking about putting one or two in there. I'm not going to put any coral in there. What kind of starfish would be good?
oh yea, would an anemone be really hard to keep in a small tank because i've been told that they're pretty sensitive to water changes and a nano's water can change quickly
