how do you figure out how much you need? and what is "turn over". and this that 10X turn over/ 300 GPH for my 30 galleon?

will powerheads placed on both sides of my tank help with some red slime algea and green algea i'm having in the middle of my tank?

about 2 months. and my light is 130 watts and is on 12 hours daily for my anemone so i can't take the hours of lighting down

temp. is around 79 all the time and yes i use tap water but i have no nitrates or nitrites

can i use bottled water? or that water that comes in 2 galleon jugs? would that stop it?
