In this instant I am happy because I have a purring cat to the left of me, snoring basset to the right, some warm pumpkin pie w/delicious cranberry sauce on a plate infront of me, and an incredibly loving man asleep in bed. All the while snow is falling down around us but we are warm and comfy inside our house.
::contented sigh::
so.
why are YOU happy, right this instant?

I am happy because I have Rage Against the Machine playing, and I have the next two days off
. Added to this already incredible package is the sausage jimmy dean bowl I am about to have with my favorite invention ever....Coca-Cola Classic

I am happy because I just finished doing a major clean of my home tank, changed my MH to my new 14K phoenix, ran all the pumps in vinegar, and did a major water change. I've now finished cleaning up and I'm on my way to bed

I am Happy.....but I'm not sure why?...Pet Bratwurst for me Mimzy. Don't forget the Kitty I just don't know his hers name. Maybe It's all the snow we are getting...8'' and still falling and I work from home...

The particular cat next to me is Lilly - though there are 3.... Whisky and Pixie are on the bed with my Hubbs.

I am happy cuz I'm hooked up with 5 of my friends on Call of Duty 4 and we are ripping kids, I'm drinking beer, and until now, I haven't thought about how I still haven't got a full time job since I graduated college. (thats been a major bummer)

LOL. I think my Cleo is helpin Brats chase down the same bunny. With a healthy side of snores goin on next to me.

Yes. And she is incredibly spoiled as all my friends and family constantly tell me...But she deserves it. I am single and don't have any children so she is my little girl!

i haven't tried... but i can get recipes and start! i am always willing to take requests - unless they involve allergies. b/c i've used my ovens and my bakeware with nuts etc, i cannot guarantee that anything will be completely nut-free. other than that, i can do gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, vegan.... u name it! The only limiting factor is structure... gluten free and vegan baked goods are going to be smaller and impossible to carve due to the nature of the cakes the recipes produce, so you're going to get simple tiers or a cupcake display - no carved cakes. of course, "simple tiers" and cupcake displays can be supahfantabulous, so it's not really that much of a compromise

I just found out that my wife is giving me the ULTIMATE birthday present. She found out Yesterday that she is pregnant with our 3rd and final child and is due ON MY BIRTHDAY.

I am happy because:
I also have my kitty next to me "Smokey" , it is snowing out and I am warm and comfy in my Fav. sweats.
The bigger picture , I am 45 and still have both of my parents and a happy healthy 12yr old son who loves me.
Despite my health problems ( all knee related) I am in good spirits and have started to meditate. Zen stuff , kinda like this thread. Live in the moment and appreciate all the little things
It works!
Life is good
