For your tank you could make a stand. Then you can have it fit where ever you want it to be.

That would be cool making my own stand! But I don't think my parents would let me mess around too much with it, like tearing walls down and such as ive seen! Is the flow amount at such a high level that I wont need a power head, or will I?

For a 29 gallon you're going to need a bigger heater. I'd get a 125 W. Cost difference is negligible, but you want a 5/1 ratio for a smaller tank.
Also, if you're going reef, IO makes Reef Crystals, which is their 'enhanced' salt for reef tanks. I haven't used it myself, but I'm switching to it, as its been recommended to me by the fine folks here.
