Info about Morish Idol

In over 40 years of fish keeping, I have only known 1 person to keep one alive for more than a year.(outside of zoos and public aquariums). I worked 7 years at a large distributor so everyone I know to have tried to keep one were fish store owners.
For every 1 that makes it to the store, over 100 died in the process. So when you buy 1, the store orders a replacement and 100 more will die.

not blowing smoke here, but check out my cuzins in this video along with his eel, his morish idol has been tank almost two years now and is doin amazing "knock on wood"....They love the white cotton like sponge found on live rock...and his eats everything from scraps from the eel to flake food, mysis, and brine....Check this out heres The video

I was hearing, that they have more chance to live if you have more than 2 and obviously have a big tank, I think that 135g going to be good if you keep only this 2 fish, also is good to give for eat some sponge.

Not calling you a liar, per say, but I doubt it's been in captivity for "almost 2 years".
Even Idols in public aquariums lose their dorsal streamer and the one in your video still has it. Imported, directly from the wild, they have the streamers but lose them quickly after kept kept in captivity.
At the most, I'd say it's been in that tank for less than 6 months.

Yep, I remember that. Then, he claimed him and friend started the thread as a joke and they were part of a Sea Turtle Research program...another lie. Anyone who's passionate enough to take their own time for such a cause would never start such a juvenile, immature thread.

Hahahahaha.....i am 22 actually as if it matters.....i want to call out ne one here from new hampshire and who is familiar with Aqua addicts becuz this was the owners personal M.I. and he was the one who got read of it 1 year ago thinking it wouldnt survive much longer and the sohol to him was more important, he two is amazed of its condition, size, and yes his STREAMER....

it may not be funny to you but I think its hallllllary im tellin you the truth i wanted to see all of you believe that I a 16 year old kid(who has countless saltwater aquariums in my house(all mine) would actually pick up a {EDIT LANGUAGE}Sea turtle....!!! wow ur the dumb one here buddy(AW2x3)
and by the way i can totaly get a sea turtle out of lake MI.... :notsure:

I used to work at Shedd Aquarium and I know they're volunteer program doesn't allow anyone under the age of 18 to work there. They also do not offer "school programs", to any local school districts...nor does the Shedd have any "Sea Turtle Rescue/Research Program".
Which local fish store do you work at? Up by Winnetka, I know the owners of just about every LFS within a 30 miles radius of downtown. I'm sure I could give any one of them a call and check out your employment.
