I dont think its NO I think its a few PC or 1 or 2 VHO (I have forgotten). Though what kinda actinics are they blemmy? Are this white actinics or blue as the light seems very white for actinics that ppl use to counter yellow bulbs (10K or less).

They are 2, 10 K white VHO, and 2 Super Blue . I really like the way the tank looks with this combination. And good memory there Snipester!!!

ANd i feed them pretty much what everone feeds there corals , This was kind of a test i was doing to see just how good they would do with this light combo.And its worked well.

holy crap!!! i was about to saaaaayyyyy!!! we were talking about using NO lighting, and you come in saying you are keeping a frogspawn with like 150 watts!(you didnt mention what type by the way)....i was like... whaaaaaaaaaaat?!!!! i didnt know that was poooossssiiibbbbllllllleeee!!!!!! But salty rick never awnsered if his lighting was NO either..... so it is stilla mystery

I know what ya mean because T5, PC, VHO and NO are all flourecent lights lol.
Looks good blemmy I know were there are 2 VHO ballasts at that I might try to swipe lol.

SUn coral almost needs no light but good care. DO NOT GET TUBE ANEMONES! I'm just letting you know many people dislike tube anemones even though they don't need a lot of light. They get huge, need a VERY deep sandbed, and many people say they are very aggressive. Good luck!

whoever wanted the flower anemone... just make sure it likes the rock you put it on and doesnt wander... they seem to lose the fight with all the other coral...
they dont need all that much light.
and that frogspawn doesnt look good at all... it should be full and the tentacles should be puffy, it honestly looks as if you very recently snapped it (fragged)... when it droops like that, it's not happy.
also, you dont need a lot of light for the frogspawn, but more than it has... PC's will do great for the LPS like that.

I take back my previous statement about them being ugly lol. Usually the pics places post for sale are baby poop green lol. I like that white with the purple coralline it looks good.

if you're talking about my picture... that thing is actually a VIVID BRIGHT yellow in person... which is also why i'm not 100% sure that its a flower anemone... even though, i guess it looks like a flower.

Its a flower it has the white spots on it like a flower. I know they come in many diffrent colors but when you buy from a place that is assorted your chances of getting an ugly one are high lol.
