Injured Clown

My clown fish (Clarkii Clownfish) apparently got stuck under a rock somehow and now he is seriously injured it seems. I'm not sure how long he has been stuck under it, it couldn't have been that long though. His left eye looks badly damaged, it has a white ring around it and it looks all inflated. He's swimming all weirdly and is basically just sitting in the corner most of the time. Some of his fins are also ragged and he lacks the strength to swim away from the overflow. Is he going to live or is he too injured? Is there something special I should do for him?

Do you know for certain that he got stuck under a rock? Is this a new fish to your system?
There really is noting you can do in a display tank, but wait and see.

Yeah, I had to move the rock so he could swim out from under it. He's been in my tank for at least 3-4 years.

Do you have a quarantine tank?
See if he improves on his own over the next day or so, and if not you can treat with antibiotics, but you need a cycled quarantine for that. Don't add meds to your display tank.
