Instant ocean vs.reef crystals salt

Hi all. I'm used to use Instant Ocean salt. Today LFS guy has offered to me the Aquarium Systems salt, called Reef Crystals. As i understood this salt is made specially for reef tanks, but it is more expensive. What can you say about this brand of salt?

I would go with IO. There's another post about this that was made a couple of weeks ago. Try searching on it, there were a lot of replies, and a very good debate was created, but doubt it will get as much attention the second time around.

Everyone i have talked to has said that Instant Ocean is a good choice. Although not as expensive as other substitutes it does the same thing.

I have only ever used reef crystals. I have had really good luck, but I know that many many have had great success with IO, so its really your call.
